Terms and Conditions – Bella Trinidad

By booking at Bella Trinidad, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Reservations and Payments

  • All reservations must be made through Airbnb or other authorized channels.

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking, according to Airbnb’s policies.

2. Cancellations and No Show

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before check-in will not be refunded.

  • In case of No Show, the half amount of the booking will be charged.

3. Force Majeure Refund Policy

  • If during your stay there are severe weather conditions (such as hurricanes, tropical storms, or other events officially declared by local authorities), the guest may request:

    • A change of dates, subject to availability, without extra charges.

    • A partial or full refund, depending on the situation and duration of the disruption.

4. Liability for Damages

  • Guests are responsible for keeping the room and facilities in good condition.

  • Any damage to furniture, equipment, decoration, or facilities will be charged to the guest.

  • The damage amount will be calculated based on replacement or repair costs and may be deducted from the deposit (if applicable) or charged directly.

5. House Rules

  • Smoking is not allowed inside the rooms.

  • Parties or events are not permitted without prior authorization.

  • Guests must respect the peace and comfort of the neighborhood and other visitors.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Bella Trinidad is not responsible for loss of personal belongings, accidents outside the property, or interruptions of public services (electricity, water, internet) beyond our control.
